DoodMapan's digital display
DoodMapan's digital display is a versatile tool used in Automatic Milk Collection Units (AMCUs) to efficiently display the milk readings of milk producers. The display provides information such as the milk producer code, Fat content, Clr (Color) value, Snf (Solids-not-Fat) content, the rate per liter of milk, and the total amount earned by the milk producer.
Milk Producer Code:
This is a unique identification code assigned to each milk producer. It helps in tracking and managing the milk production data of individual producers.
Fat Content:
Fat is an important component of milk and its measurement is crucial for quality control. The display shows the fat percentage in the milk provided by the milk producer. It helps in assessing the richness and creaminess of the milk.
Snf (Solids-not-Fat) Content:
Snf refers to the solid components present in milk, excluding the fat content. It includes proteins, lactose, minerals, and other solids. The display indicates the Snf percentage, which is essential for determining the nutritional value and composition of the milk.
Rate per Liter:
The rate per liter is the price or value assigned to each liter of milk provided by the milk producer. It helps in calculating the payment that the milk producer will receive based on the quantity and quality of the milk.
Total Amount:
The total amount displayed represents the cumulative earnings or payment due to the milk producer based on the quantity and quality of the milk supplied. It is calculated by multiplying the rate per liter by the total quantity of milk delivered.
By presenting these milk readings on the digital display, the AMCUs equipped with DoodMapan's technology enable milk producers to easily track and verify their milk quality and earnings in a transparent and efficient manner.
